With approximately 3 kcal/g, low hygroscopicity, and good heat stability, it is ideal for sugar-free chocolate, confections, and baked goods requiring near-sucrose sweetness in a powder format. MLT1075™ is an NF-grade maltitol syrup with ≥50% maltitol content, delivering approximately 0.65x the sweetness of sugar in a colorless liquid format. With approximately 3 kcal/g and a low glycemic response, it is widely used in sugar-free confectionery applications. Non-GMO and kosher.
